Returns

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. No returns accepted unless a product is faulty or damaged.

North West Wrapping reserves all rights to test all "Faulty" vinyl prior to refunding, exchanging or replacing.

While we take all reasonable steps to provide accurate colour samples, colour variations may vary from what is displayed online compared to the actual physical product, therefore, we do not accept returns for this reason. Product samples are available upon request to assist you in choosing the most accurate colour of vinyl.

Please note our returns policy does not include "Change of Mind" purchases.

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept change of mind returns or

exchanges once they have left our premises.

Change of Mind includes:

  1. Ordering the wrong product

  2. Ordering the incorrect colour

  3. No longer having use of items

  4. Or reasons outside of damaged, faulty or not as described

To be eligible for a return:

  • Please contact us within 48hrs of receiving your item/s,

  • Your item must also be unused and in the same condition that you received it (in its original packaging).

  • Faulty and/or damaged stock will be replaced with the same item.

Shipping costs for returning your items will be at your cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

If approved for a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Cancellations

Your order cannot be canceled after payment has been received.

Damaged Stock or Faulty Items

Any damages or faults must be reported to us within 7 business days of receiving your order. North West Wrapping will not take responsibility for damages or faults after this timeframe. We quality check all our products before dispatch.

Faulty items must be returned via tracked postage and in the same condition as when they left. If returning via postage a receipt of postage confirming the tracking number must be kept by the buyer. Once we have received the return we will assess the item/items and provide a full refund for faulty products only.

Missing Items From Your Order

Any missing items from your order will need to be reported to us within 7 business days of receipt of your order with proof of purchase.

Sale Items

Sale items can not be returned for a refund or exchanged for another product. All sales on sale items are final.

Vinyl Warranty

Due to the custom nature of our products we are unable to offer warranty on all items. We quality test all of our vinyls prior to dispatch to our customers.

Each new batch we receive is tested to our high expectations.

If you believe there is a fault with your vinyl we will request you return the product and we can run further testing on vinyl. If we deem the product to be faulty we will issue a refund for your return postage & product.
