Shipping Policy

Order Shipping Time

We aim to dispatch within 3 to 5 business days. However during peak periods and releases

our processing time can take a little longer.

Shipping Costs

We offer Flat Rate shipping of £10.00 and FREE Standard shipping for all orders over £150

across the United Kingdom using code at checkout: FREE150.

Shipping Address

We ship to the address entered. We will not be held responsible for any shipment delays if the

entered address is incorrect. If your order is not able to be delivered due to the wrong address

parcel will be returned to us. Postage costs will then have to be paid again to re-send and an

additional invoice will be issued.

Can I cancel my order?

All orders that have been packed and ready to ship will attract a 10% restocking fee. All

orders that have not been packed will incur a 5% fee.

Can I add to my order?

Once an order has been submitted we are unfortunately unable to make additions.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has been shipped an email confirmation will be issued and tracking information will be included.

Disputes

Please let us know within 7 days of any issues/concerns with your order.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to the United Kingdom only.

We offer payment methods, such as Stripe card payments, and PayPal.

Can I pick up my order?

We are not open for collections.
